I rent my apartment from HR for over 3.5 years now, and I am really satisfied with the services provided by HR. My agent (Julie) and the lady who is responsible for the routine inspections (Mariana) are super nice and helpful, as they are always trying to help me with the problems I am facing with. The only thing I don't really like is the routine inspection for every 3 months, but I can totally understand it, and I think it's necessary for some people. If I'm going to move to another property or buy my own house, it'll be great to have HR as my agency as well.
