Nellie kept me informed at all stages of the selling campaign and helped me understand the WA market as I live in Melbourne. Nellie was always available any time of the day or night to answer any questions and took the time to listen to me and understand my wishes. Nellie is genuine and has a great personality which makes such a difference in what could be a stressful time. We recently bought in Warnbro remotely and were recommended to go with Elders. Jake King, the BDM at Elders, has been nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond with all aspects during our settlement and getting maintenance issues fixed. Very responsive, honest, transparent, and hard working BDM. Whatever you're paying him, it's probably not enough. He's a great asset to your team! I'm sure the rest of the team will be just as great managing our property.

Initially we were shown the property we currently rent by Christy who was very helpful and easy to talk too. Christy even invited us to her next viewings which was nice.Applying was easy and straight forward, we were then handed over to Natasha.Natasha is very professional, diligent and efficient.Inspections so far have been ontime and thorough, with any concerns or requests dealt with in a timely manner.Seeing first hand how they work with renters, Elders will be our first choice to manage our rental properties in years to come when we enter the property market.

Checking the other reviews we might have been unlucky but we are really not happy the way our rental was managed. So hard to get in contact with our property manager and get things done and the office wasn’t able/willing to help us. So picky during the inspections, but when we got the house we had to clean it before moving in and the garden was full of weeds already. We rented a house with a spa (what we were looking for) that after 2 weeks stopped working and never got fixed and we never got the rent any cheaper either. When we finally changed property manager, the situation definitely improved but anyway with the overall experience with Elders we are not satisfied.

Definitely made the right choice in estate agents, Adam Dineley and the team were a pleasure to work with, had our property sold in 2 days, professional, friendly and informative all the way and even though Adam was going overseas he checked in with us just before he went and just after he came back. Bernie and his lovely property manager were friendly, professional and made our moving out stress free, would definitely recommend.....Josie & Vic
